Commune is a high-end design firm with a strong modern aesthetic. They chose the name Commune because they reach out and work with other standout firms instead of doing everything in-house. They describe themselves as \u201carchitects, graphic designers, interior designers, and several dogs.\"<\/p>
We knew the site would function as a portfolio for their interior design and branding, but after talking with them we expanded the vision to include a blog for images and an online store. They wanted to be sure they could add and manage the site\u2019s content in-house. We took those guidelines and created a page that reflects their organic design sense and loads really quickly.<\/p>
With the online store, they can now sell their interior products, and they have the option to integrate video in addition to product photos. There\u2019s a private area where clients can log in and look at and download images of works in progress.
